It comes with the webOS Mojo SDK. You can easily get it from Palm's developer site. :)

I don't understand why everyone makes a big deal when a phone isn't like exactly the iphone. Does any ever stop to think that maybe people don't have AT&T and they just have to get the closest thing they can.
