This is POLITICS!! They should fire the mayor, police , chief, prosecutor(s) and judges. If you have honest government ie honest judicial representatives, and mayor, the police misconduct will stop. Cops know their backs are covered. Even cases with video proof of brutality & losing a lawsuit to a victim, the officer(s) get PAID SUSPENSION ie vacation. and go back to work to do it again. Some get "fired" which means go to another branch of law enforcement, and ...back to work!! Wise up people!!
