  • Also the description says TIPS not recipe for clam chowder which is what he talks about in the video

  • He's from Ireland that's why he talks like that

  • If you're going to show us how to do it, then list the ingredients. I see some bay leaves there, but what about the rest of the spices?

  • He said "some people use garlic pepper". He didn't say anything about garlic powder.

  • Garlic powder? Really? I would have thought a "championship" chowder would use fresh pressed or at least garlic paste. I could probably beat this chowder with any of my homemade batches. Seems way too "simple stupid".
