Okay, I have gotten as far as 1:26. However, when I try to delete the executable file with the 3 letters, it says: "Error Deleting File or Folder; Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use." For example, the file is under "ehg Application", so is there a way to delete the file, even if it is still running? Or is this what the virus does in order to prevent deletion?

@Mikeshadesofgray the way i got around that is i let the program pop up by going on windows explorer. I then go to the task manager and where it shows xp 2012 or whatever u right click that and go to process, then the u rightclick the highlighted one and press end process tree, hope it helps
Press ctrl+ alt+escape.go to procceses.there should be a 3 letter file. Mine was tpm.exe. I had 2 3 letter files and I didn't know which one to use. That's when u right click one of them. Go to file location. It should say when it was created. If that is the date when u got the virus then that's the one. Go back to task manager and right click on that file and click end process tree. Then click start on the bottom left hand corner. Then click control panel. System and security. Restore your com

@xtremesean99 No. Don't do that. Restoring is a bad idea and it leaves a lot of corruption on the PC. A Malwarebytes scan is a must.

@xiaoturtlex3 It's not a virus, it's just that I was too lazy to activate Windows XP normally so I used this activator tool.
