On the show in 1992 Family Matters, Steve Urkel showed off this car first. He would drive it all the time on the Family Matters tv show.

Why do you call them "THIEVES" ? To steal,you TAKE from someone else.These "TOYS " were "LEFT " in the street,abandoned,for someone to find.Plus they could probably see the camera,and were told to take them for the film.
