These are the last of my Little Wonder Records. A Harper-Columbia was thrown in with the order I got on ebay so it's in here too. Songs are:
My Isle of Golden Dreams
There's a Long Long Trail
Bye-Lo
Wait Till You Get Them Up In the Air Boys and
Mary Had a Little Lamb, which surprised me with old lyrics I never heard before.

  • I just bought a set. Those are awesome (can't wait to get them)!! But I wonder, what do you play them on? I have players that play 78's, but will stop or reject when the arm gets so far to the center. I also have a victrola, but don't want to damage the records with all that weight of the needle.

  • Try this, with the switch in the off position spin the turntable backwards and move the tonearm to the center of the record. The auto trip lever will be set further in and (hopefully) won't trip when you play the record. Other than that to get the small records to play you'll need a manual player.

  • @Jiggys78s that does work I use that method to play my smaller records I have one that is 3 inches wide and plays through with this method.

  • @mlebagley Cool! Thanks.

  • I remember as a little kid, (in the early 70's, i think)I had a toy telephone that used little records like that (not sure of the diameter, but I think it was about 3 inches) for the voice. I took the little records and played them on a phonograph. I never knew they made little records like this with music on them. Cool!! (I wish I would have preserved those little records.

  • Search carnival toy on my channel kjigmond. I think it's similar to the telephone toy you had.

  • I have this on a big fat columbia 78!You know a victrola record. That's what I call them.

  • Thanks. Maybe it will be ok to play on the Victrola when I get new needles. Since I am still young (44) I did not know needles were only good for one song. I used to play the records until the sound got distorted, then changed the needle. I ruined a lot of records that way. (I used to play the Victrola as a kid, not much as an adult)

  • This was like a wall-phone. But anyway, I do have a little record that came from a Radio-Shack "Crystal ball". You used a magnetic ring to touch the ball, then you ask your question, and take the ring away. It would play one on many random answers. The toy quit working, so I took it apart and saved the little plastic record. Thanks!!

  • Thanks
