@DelandoBrad Alright thanks! I'm running cross country now and it's pretty hilly and my best time is 23:40 for the 3 mile. I want to get at least a 21 that's my goal for boot camp

hey im in wrestling track and cross country and in cross country they have me running 5 miles a day and working out my upper body in the weight room for an hour, is that enough or should i work on more things

what is the best way to increase pull ups?! i'm barely at 5, and want to be higher then that..wayyy higher..

in my opinion, the best way to do pull ups is wide grip pullups (palms facing out away from your face) bc it targets your back instead of your biceps. But do whichever technique that you can perform the most pull ups with.

I'm not too strong with running, does the Marine Corps run 1-2 miles initially and then progress to 3 miles, or do they just start with 3 miles?

they will build you up to 3 miles, but strive to be in the best physical shape before boot camp.
