One more thing... avocados are made of about 70% water, plus they contain lipase - a fat digesting enzyme. Furthermore, fat is important for the secretion of leptin a hormone that tells you to STOP eating, so you might want to eat 2 huge watermelons and spike your insulin, but an avocado with a leafy green salad would be a far better choice. Just saying :) Your vids are very entertaining nonetheless.

I like your tips and enthusiasm, but I think your water reco is FAR too much. Every person is completely unique and it all depends on how much cooked/processed food and coffee they drink. If I have a client who eats a lot of raw foods and all whole foods they would completely drown in water if they drank 4L per day!

im a mechanic and take sandwiches etc to work because its quick and easy. any suggestions of any non carb foods would be a good alternative and keep me going through a hard days work

My nutritionist told me that if you drink a lot of water your body doesn't process it or whatever tthe because its too much, and that I must drink it slowly for the same reason is that correct?

how much butter/oil do u eat per day? my dietist told me, i must eat about 60 grams per day...but that sounds so much to me....and my body is really on strike concerning fat loss :( ..it makes me nuts :(

@schnecki07 Thanks makes no sense, unless she meant 60 grams of fat and then thats totally fine. Dietician? Save your money. Eat green + lots of protein and the results will follow
