When the officer walked up to Donald May, he noticed something white in Mays mouth. May said it was breath mints, but the officer thought it was crack cocaine.
He took them out of my mouth and put them in a baggy and locked me up [for] possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence, May explained.
They later determined he was not in possession of drugs. May was unable to pay his bond. As a result, he sat in jail for three months. While behind bars, May lost his job, car and apartment. He is now suing for false arrest and false imprisonment and seeks to be compensated for the loss of his car and job.

I currently live in Kissimmee and I have gone through so much drama. I had collection court costs for a citation and if I couldn't pay, I'd get a warrant, arrested, charged $250 for the arrest, and then released again. A vicious cycle. This county MUST GO UNDER INVESTIGATION. Any help from anyone will be of great help

A perfect example of someone being guilty who needs to prove his innocence verse innocent UNTIL proven guilty.
They destroyed this mans life, he's guilty of eating tic tacs, lost his home, car and job over TIC TACS?
I hope he sues their ass off and he gets ten times what he had before
This is nuts
