Snow on Mt Tamalpais

Rather significant snowstorm on Mt. Tamalpais, Marin County (San Francisco Bay Area), February 19, 2011.

The Mountain Theatre (also known as the Mountain Play Amphitheater or The Sidney B. Cushing Amphitheater) seen in this video is at 2000 feet elevation. It seats about 3750 people on those huge rocks (lugged in by the Civilian Conservation Corps back in the 1930s).
