Hes playing at glastonbury festival this year and i have a ticket for it is he any good live ? i saw him about 7 years ago and he was pretty poor.

I would say that was the best live performance I have ever seen. He rocks as good as he ever has. If he plays anything like that set list with that passion at Glastonbury you are in for a treat. Do yourself a favour and get to the front. I have been a live music afficinado all my life. That just knocked Jeff Buckley 1996 and The Clash 1981 off their top postions. Hope I see something that good again one day. Maybe this is the year to go to Glastonbury.

Neil Young's style on stage evokes memories of the 60~70's years...when music was hypnotic...most of his peers seemed to have mellowed down so far as swaying on stage etc is concerned...but Neil Young certainly hasn't and that just completes it for the avid fan! \m/

I was there six rows from the front. What a voice, what a performance and for an outdoor concert what a sound! Thank you thank you for posting this. Watching it gives me goosebumps. You should have taped the entire show! :D
