And keep in mind, Jesus Christ and the apostles appeared to be weird when they rebuked, corrected, and spoke about holiness to heathens and people believing themselves to be religious also. People heckled Jesus and the apostles, spit at them, threw things, cursed and swore at them, mocked them. Any christian should think about that. The public opposed their "street" evangelism. They were not celebrated men in public when they were alive because people didn't want to hear their words either
