i just foundl you because of the Walgreens creme i have been using it for a little over a week still deciding if i love it, i also lost 25 lbs on the p90 in 3 mth.1st wk is hard but then it was easy the hardest part was sticking to it..i also have thyroid problems.

there is a lotion<it ia called alpha hydroxy enhanced lotion..i havent used it i ordered it online...u can google it

@crisdj1974 oh you stick to it and you WILL see results especial with the p90x i used the "beginners" one so Im sure you will get a workout.
