  • Can someone please explain the end of this movie to me? I dont get it... What happens when they touch his forehead? Why is he floating at the end, and clutching that talisman thing?

  • @Evilshadow159 (uploader) Yes, there are far more questions than answers in Afghanistan....It is chilling on a daily basis for we do not understand the scope and scale of what we are doing there.

For all practical and dramatic purposes, you really got the intent of the 'The Objective'...the irony here is that our government is clueless and has no idea of what is the real objective, 1 week ago

  • i love this movie

  • spread the word., zgpinc

  • i agree with zgpinc

  • . The movie is literally the most accurate special operations soldier portrayal that I have seen since Blackhawk Down. The supernatural aspect just adds to the movie.

    My congratulations!

  • @Shobikz Why you making an image of me that's untrue? Anyways, I honestly could care less what the subliminal messaging is. I just want to understand the movie, which I had completely forgotten about, BECAUSE I POSTED THAT OVER A YEAR AGO!

  • @Rimasta1 I can't say thats true or not true only Allah know the best.

  • I think the myth that Afghanistan is where empires die is slightly exaggerated. granted its a tough country but i think after the British retreat from Kabul in the 19th century and the annihilation of the British garrison of Sepoys and the 44th regiment, a sense of impossibility has stayed with Afghanistan. kinda like how the brits seem to focus on the charge of the light brigade instead of the latter and more successful charge of the heavy brigade. bad news is sensational, just watch the news.

  • @tranCe59 guess bin laden wasn't a true believer.

  • @netmasterflex Apparently the Team Sergeant in the film was former Army SF. They did a good job portraying SF in terms of split team tactics and protocol- as I've been told by an SF'er who recommended this film to me.

  • @zgpinc Are you saying that this movie is somehow a critique of NATO's mission in Afghanistan?

I don't see that anywhere in the movie. This looks like a movie about Middle Eastern folklore- the Djinn. Using the setting of a place where empires have crumbled just adds to the drama and realism.

  • scary, eerie ass movie

  • Meh, not exactly the best movie you'll ever see but ti's not one of the worst either, had a nice atmosphere though.
