1st Match

Guile by Warusaki3 (Me)

CVS2 Guile by the master of Mugen CVS2 conversions, Mister Warusaki. Seen it, done it, whatevs. Awesome character, accuracy that makes me smile.

Reimi Jahana by NS (Hard AI) (CPU)

Here's a case where accuracy doesn't make me smile. Rather, makes me burn with infuriating madness. The character is good and all, and since Variable Geo had ludicrous damage values, I can't really complain. The AI is a bit tough, but no big deal.

2nd Match

Mature by tJun (Me)

I can't really call this a full release. This is a good character, but it's just a Vice sprite edit with a few moves. It plays nice but it lacks a lot of Mature's moves and most sprites are still Vice's. I hope someone would be kind enough to finish her in the future. Otherwise, this just feels like a potential finished character to me.

King by Zero-Sennin (Hard AI) (CPU)

I like Zero-Sennin's characters. I really do. But I just hoped he made a few changes to them because most don't really play like they should. In this case King plays ok, but stuff like spammable basics, for example, would be nice. I think Blaze already has that. And sometimes the AI is pretty wacky, but that's another story. I know ZS is concentrating on his full-game so I'll stop bitching now. .___.

Btw, there's a frame that skips on the 2nd match. Yeah, I know.

So what, spammable LKs for King and LPs for Leona aren't enough for you? You want spammable LPs and LKs for both of them? Huh? HUH?

Seriously, though. King can only spam LKs and Leona can only spam LPs because I wanted them to feel explicitly different from each other. Assuming you have the latest version of King, you should be able to do that.

@ZeroSennin D: I did download the latest version and tried again just to make sure. They are spammable, but it's a bit too stiff. What I'm trying to say is that I think you characters' velocities, movement, etc are too stiff. That's why it felt weird for me to do certain moves with Blaze for example. She jumps really high and her shoryuken feels weird. I tried spamming LK with Waru's King and it's much faster. There's also other stuff I noticed but since your rendition is pretty custom, it's ok.

@mrselfdestructpart5 Ah, I see. Movement speed was always something I had a bit of trouble with, and I guess it's carried over. If I ever go back to doing updates on Blaze I'll take a look at that.

Oh, and good perspective on the accuracy bit, too. Variable Geo is such a bitch to deal with in MUGEN. I had to learn that the hard way, dealing with another character from this game, but by FREAKIN' AOMURA.
