hey nice vid bro, i have a question. im gonna buy my first lincoln town car, it is a 2000 town car. the dude says it has 260k kms miles but how many normal miles is that?? i never understood kilometers in miles. is it worth buying?? thanks man.

@sick509, Thats only about 162,000 miles....for that engine 4.6 V8...its just getting warmed up! Well provided that its not like abused to the ground. But as long as you feel it runs good and idles good...then you will be fine! and parts are cheap and VERY VERY easy to find. Because that engine is used in all Crown Victoria police cars, Crown Victoria Taxi cabs...and there are 100's of thousands of those. Also all grand marquis and used in the Lincoln town car from 1991 or so to now. _BOGAR!

to make it more safe.....they should ad a rear view camera..and if not that both front and rear parking sensors.

i think lincoln should update the center console and instrument cluster but other than that it looks great

I just bought an '05 Signature Limited Town Car. Two-tone paint, leather, sunroof and navi/satellite radio. First Lincoln. Love this car...

i love my '01 Townie! whenever i tell people what i have, they laugh and say its an old person car, but they dont know that its one of the best stock sleeper cars out there! i love watching people's reactions when i fly by em on the highway and beat em off the line at traffic lights! old person car? no. the perfect stock sleeper car? definitely

Nice video except for the extended opening shot of the yard. I have a '99 TC as a second car. Great city ride. When the time comes, I may replace the air bag suspension with coil springs.
