I've toured a dozen newly-built homes from the builder of this one, at 1529 W Wolfram. Each home has been similar to the others, but highly individualized nonetheless, and all of them have sold quickly.
None of the homes I've previously visited comes close to matching the richness of the detailing in this 5,000 square foot, 5-bedroom home, which has 3 full and 2 half baths, a 2-car garage, and truly unusual outdoor spaces.
