This is a very good video, I was down there a week before this fire happened. A whole lot of my friends where there on that fire thanks for showing others what we as Wildland Firefighters do..

no problem. that was a crazy fire. glad you guys got it under control. don't think any structures were lost. super strong winds though with plenty of natural fuel. the firebreaks really did the job. many tens of miles i hear. (for those who dont know..firebreaks are basically clearings made with a road grader or some large machine like that around the fire perimeter to keep the fire from spreading-no dry vegetation or fuel - nothing left to burn and the fire is contained) keep up the great work!

Thanks 4 sharing! I was there for 3 days...they sent us from Uvalde TX where we were staged. I've been to TX 3 times on fire detail and NEVER had a bad trip. Great folks and food!!!
