when i typed in the numbers it asks for a username and password and i heard using admin for both but when i try to type in a password, for every button i press like 4 or 5 dots come up in the text box. any suggestions???

So i did all this shit over it worked but one time i restarted my internet box it went back to moderate nd i have been doing this thing over but it wont change back to open can any body help me

@StevenSyko thats a verizon security feature. I suggest just hitting the little red button on the back of the router, this button completely restarts the router back to factory settings
