I grew up both with the Barks comics and the Ducktales cartoon.

Also just love Don Rosa's work as well. (And I'm amazed at some of the stuff managed to slip in. (Now that ain't a hangin' offense in Langtry, Texas, or anywhere else in the world and thank gosh. (I'm sure Rosa fans know the scene. ;) Gotta love Scrooge.

Uncle Scrooge I think represent the concept of capitalism where values are herld high.

I used to love reading the old cartoons about uncle scrooge because even though he was very materialistic he also had many moral virtues.

This is a very nice collection of drawings with good music - it makes me be nostalgic about Carl Barks, Don Rosa, Cavazzano and Scrooge McDuck in general. I love the old miser - he's a very great charecter.
