  • hey I been watching your videos and love them all...i was wondering if you have a book on diets

  • @mustangparra17 Well thank you for the comment. Listen, of course I have many "books" on diets, dieting, metabolism etc. Go to my website and check them all out and see which one is right for you. You may also want to get the video lecture "The Science Behind the Cycle Diet" as well as the MP3 "The Truth About Diet"

    Cheers

  • I bought into the "sizzle" for a couple years, which only lead to a downturn in my health. Eating well is not as complicated as we often try to make it...elite athlete or aspiring beginner.

  • nice vid guys never bs advice always good true advice keep it up

  • Well they should listen. Like I have said , I have broken records in the past in local powerlifting feds and even told I look like an off season pro bodybuilder but I have learned more from these videos than i have in all my years of training. Im glad you guys started doing these videos.

  • What is the take home message for people who do follow/admire/aspire to be those people who DO devote their entire lives to getting fit? I mean, you're right people get amourous with the idea that things are more complicated than they are but how do you tell people one the other end of the scale of fitness (such as myself) that it's simple? Perhaps people use the facade of complication to justify not pushing themselves to the next level. I don't know, I'm just yammering....

  • Your channel is fantastic i definitely believe that the industry keeps people from realizing their own potential by making things seem to complicated. I was a really heavy guy and i have decided to make the change 6 years ago i first started running i run outside now for about 20-25 mins. Anyways i hit the gym hard for the past 2 years and i have been getting fantastic muscle gains and fat loss. The only thing i might have lost weight to fast and now i got some "pud" left. How do i get ridofit

  • Good stuff guys. Keep it coming !
