Recent DNA evidence suggests that (at least some) Neanderthals were redheads. I look forward to see reconstructions of 'gingerthals' in future documentaries and museum displays :)

why does the video hang all the time? i guess its only in my computer but what can i do to make it run normally? i even changet the settings to always run in low solution, but if i look another window then the video stops. any tips ?thanks

Something I've never understood. Most religions look down on all animals as second place. Why is it so terrible that we might come from animals? Some are so arrogant about it and without tools we aren't even the top of the food chain. Some cases even with tools we are totally helpless.

@Ennie12396 A flat pelvis and also the direction of the spinal chord to the head. Apes spinal chord has more angle while human and human-ancestors' is more upright. The flat pelvis shows that most of the time the animal was standing and it supports organs etc... There are videos that explain that on youtube.

@agagzly No. The reality is that the genetic diversity in humans is quite low despite the historical segregation. There are far greater genetic differencescomparing chimps with other chimps than you get when you compare the DNA of all humans from different lineages.
