  • What happened

  • i dont have your book alex

  • I agree w/u.The teachers can come up w/some crazy shit to punish the kids for.For example,My duaghter came home w/a squiggly face in her folder a couple of wks ago.Now the only time they send a note home for being bad is when u get a red frowny face.So if u don't get that then u don't know what they did to get in trouble.Luckly I asked her what she did before I whooped her.The teacher gave her a check bc she had picked her nose. Now please tell me what kindergardener hasn't picked thier nose?

  • To me I feel like that teacher was basically telling that child that whatever the fuck she is doesnt matter and the fact that the teacher threw it in the trash showed it even more. But I was blessed to have a mother that took her childs word over a complete stranger and Im grateful for that.

  • @XxtenajxX That's true she didn't draw any blood, but she scared the hell out of her by cutting a piece of her hair off. Plus making her cry. I think with the right lawyer and judge someone like judge Macy Grace who loves kids, that law suit would have went in her favor, if it had of took place, because that's like an assault on a child. That teacher is not a hair stylist her job is to teacher.

  • @MrWarandlove Doesn't matter. That was not the main point of what I had to say. The point is even is you made a lawsuit, it would not go far and it would all be a waste of money and time. Like I said, the most she can get out of this is a suspension without pay because she did not cause any bodily harm to the child.

  • @XxtenajxX And I got something else to say. I'm a young black man and stand strong with my people. You probably though I was white, but baby I am not. I referring to my young black sistas and brothas who are young mothers and fathers. I'm not a father, but if that was my daughter I would have gotten some law books and suited the shyt out of em.

  • @XxtenajxX The teacher scared the little girl even though she didn't draw any blood. If any thing was to happen to the little girl, let just say if she was found murder after that happen, its going back to the teacher. What the teacher did was unjustifiable, and she had no right to cut or touch any thing on that little girls body, her job is to teach. So with that being said, there is a law suit, because the little girl is frightened and she scared to attend any school's because of that.

  • @MrWarandlove Please get you information correct. 1. That was racist and stereotypical. Most people don't know the laws so you make no point there. 2. you actually can have a lawsuit for this because schools have set standards for punishment, that are equally tailored which the teacher was out of line in this case. However with a lawsuit it most likely will not go far because she did not cause the girl bodily harm. The worst case scenario, the teacher can get a suspension.

  • Truefully doe that's a law suit against the school, the teach, principle, and the board of education. See that's the problem with black mothers and black fathers today, they don't know anything about law in these kind of situations. Black people need to get into law.
