The Warriors entered into a three-way tie for seventh place in the Western Conference after beating the visiting Dallas Mavericks, 114-104, on Sunday night at ORACLE Arena. After trailing 12-0 three minutes into the game, the Warriors stormed back into the contest and took the lead for good by the end of the first quarter. Monta Ellis led six Warriors in double figures with 30 points, and Baron Davis added 21 points and six rebounds in the win. Now tied with Dallas and Denver for the final two playoff spots in the conference, Golden State will have a day off before opening a four-game road trip on Tuesday in San Antonio.
