  • Rene I have a lot of questions but rather than going into all that I thought I would ask you if you would like a real challenge? I am a 52 year old menopausal grandmother of ten.

    I am 50 pounds over weight even though I do not eat enough to be fat. Nothing I do seems to work for me. I walk 2 miles a day and drink 80 oz of water daily. I eat a lot of raw fruits and vegetables and lean white chicken. I have never been a big person and this is getting the best of me. can you help me?

  • great exactly what i needed to kno..... cuz i was told sip protien and water while workout finish it when done with sweet potato or banana then 1 to 1.5 hours later eat a meal but with your results im onna change that...question: is it ok to eat fruit then 30 min later drink protien shake rather than eat
