Yeah, exactly. It was in 60i and I slowed it down to 40% (0.40)

How do you make that greenish apearance like a movie scene? Is that done with an editing software or is it just straight out of the camera?

The wall was already pretty green, but Yeah, it's mostly color correction. Check my video response for a step by step exam of it.
