i love this songs the upright bass sounds great. i have a rockabilly band and we cover this song it sounds great i do the upright bass my favorite part of the song is the solo morrissey is awsome!

this is probably the best version of this song.... does anyone disagree? what was he thinking when he wrote this, or when he was first handed this track to listen too...... very curious to know. anyway, i just got goosebumps of when i first heard this on my alarm clock tape player when i was 11. love it.

far be it from me to criticize the smiths front man, but the band members are trying way to hard to be cool. so unoriginal. what is that style called?? rockabilly? it makes me feel sick.
