DOJ attorney Christian Adams resigned over the DOJ decision to drop the voter intimidation case against the Black Panthers, who showed up in Philadelphia on Nov 4 2008 to prevent white voters from voting against Barack Obama. The case was dropped because Attorney Gen Eric Holder agreed to drop the civil rights case, and Adams claims the DOJ new standard operating procedure is to never prosecute civil rights cases in which black defendants have committed a violation against white victims. WOW.

  • @xf22b it was caught on camera, the video was uploaded on youtube I seen it a few months ago all though I would not guarantee that it is still there, youtube has a tendency to remove vids that make certain people look bad

  • Hmm...I'm still waiting for Megyn to ask about the Bush administration's complacency in similar instances that she claimed she asked while battling Kirsten Powers on the show at a later date. Nothing so far.

    Curious, very curious. (Sarcasm)

  • @JuanMcCane

Race baiting? Are you an idiot? Facts are not race baiting. They are facts. Everyone knows that facts are what sends the liberals back into the shadows.

  • Yes, there was intimidation, at least according to the testimony - not to mention the findings of the case (guilty) & the lifelong injunction against the defendant. Testimony was given by a Democrat who has been awarded many civil rights awards that 3 people left the polls, & black Republican poll watcher was threatened and terrified.

So, you can say that it is untrue, or that you do not believe it, but it ought to be investigated, because it is a big deal, and is not race baiting.

  • Typical GOP race baiting. Some things never change, lol.

  • So who was prevented from getting in to vote?

    Answer: Nobody.

  • Accusations President Obama's Justice Department engaged in racially charged "corruption" in the New Black Panther Party case do not stand up to the evidence. Adams is a right-wing activist tied to the Bush-era politicization of the Justice Department who has admitted he lacks first-hand knowledge of the events he is discussing, and his claims fall apart given the fact that the Obama DOJ obtained judgment against one defendant, while the Bush DOJ declined to pursue similar allegations in 2006.

  • 1 night stick carried by one of the two people not weapons.

White woman at polling place said they weren't intimidating anyone.

People went in and voted with no problem.

  • From Asia: The USA must elect a NATIONALIST who will PURGE your nation of its USA haters! This American Adams must be respected for his high ethical standards!

  • I bet Megyn Kelly used to get picked on by black girls!
