Before video there was Eadweard Muybridge (1830-1904). He revolutionized the study of movement by using a series of cameras timed to take pictures at intervals. This is the reconstructed sequence of a baboon walking.

  • The film director Bill Douglas wrote an unpublished screenplay about Muybridge. How I would love to see his inspirational story brought to the big screen.
