These restaurants are what i miss the most about living in Tokyo. I would go to this place 30 seconds from my apartment and build a stack of plates three feet high for about $30. Do that in america and you pay like $200.

egg, cucumber roll and hashed tuna are the most profitable items. Usually for conveyor sushi shops at the highest cost is Madai, often exceeding the price. So I make it a rule to tell my children to take only high cost items.
