So how do you get the jade egg? Do you have to buy it in cash shop or can you buy it in game? If you buy it in game how much do they usually cost?

You can do both. Jades range in game, from about 25-30k for a regular Jade egg. You can also get a pet token from the cash shop, and use the token in the vending machine at the pet shop, but this will have a random outcome.

I just used every single mp used attack I could against him. I believe you also get to fight him with his sister. Just throw everything you've got at him.
