Chilli Sauce Tests "Smokey Jolokia Original" www.wildfirechilli.com.au

Smokey Jolokia Original from www.wildfirechilli.com.au, Candice sent this over for me to try so lets see how it goes. A recent award winner at the Hot Pepper Awards in the States should be great, Best Steak Sauce YEAAAA.

Ingredients:
Vinegar
Apple
water
Onion
Sultana's
Chipotle 6%
Bhut Jolokia 5%
Fresh Lime Juice
Sugar
Salt
Worstershire Sauce(contains wherat , Caramel IV, Flavours)
Soy Sauce (Contains Soya Beans, wheat flour & Potassium sorbate)
Spices.

Whats it Like ?
How Hot is It ?

Its Great and has a reallly nice smokey Flavour thats not overpowering then the other flavours come out and the Heat builds and Builds then stays at a Great level for a while..

I reallly like this 1 and would be Awesome on a steak , Sausages , Ribs Chicken.. all round ge=reat sauce

Oh man. I'm getting this one DEFINITELY. I've been looking for a steak sauce that's free of any type of corn for some time now, and one that will leave my mouth in a buzz. This one may do it, Neil!

yea its great, they make a Hotter Vers i believe, get that as this on steak is an Ok burn (great taste though) but the foood takes out some of the heat,, still get a good buzz
