How in the heck, did The Defendant (Ms. Maddox) ever get a job working in a hospital. That must have been a hospital in the "hood". They damn near take ANYONE who can read and conduct themselves at the 5th grade level. I sincerely hope that she has chosen an alternate line of worth. With our luck, she's gotten a job as a teacher. She needs to be a maid at someone's house, or handing out fliers for a store. But not anything that requires too much responsibility.

I won't refer to the defendant as a five letter "b" word, but it's rather curious, the comment she made about the hostile environment. What sort of hell would the child have experienced without the shot? I guess we'll find out after lunch.

I likie that plaintiff. I can tell she's a ball-busting nurse who takes care of patients and doesn't suffer lazy asses like the defendant. She probably did make it a "hostile environment" for the defendant. You neglect my child when it's your job to medicate them, I'd do a lot worse than throw a chart at you.
