The global Occupy protests have been united by one symbolic image - the Guy Fawkes mask from the story of V for Vendetta.
In the original, its wearer leads a rebel movement against a repressive regime.
The book's author, Alan Moore, is a self-proclaimed anarchist. As such, his attitude towards the use of the image for the Occupy movement has been, until now, a matter of conjecture.
Channel 4 took Mr Moore along to St Paul's Cathedral to meet the London anti-capitalists camped outside.

@CristianKirk And I applaud Alan for ignoring that fact (they mentioning the movie) and support these kids because of their courage. Frank Miller can go back to do crappy movies like the spirit, and should keep his facist thoughts to himself, he is indeed overrated piece of c.rap.
