@thaOFFICIALJAPAN Mixing fruits and vegetables should be perfectly fine and not hazardous to your health. I'm not entirely sure where you got that from.
Whether or not is a fruit is debatable.
The botanical definition of a fruit is the seed bearing and/or reproductive organ of a plant. So avocados would count as fruits.
My fav cucumber salad is a 'Greek Salad'......lots of cucumbers, green peppers, tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives. Dressing is EVOO, lemon juice, garlic, S&P. DEEEEEEEEEEEE-lish. I could eat it everyday and sometimes I do.
@76Krw I think you mean "dulse", which is a dried seaweed packed with minerals and nutrients. It's readily available at health food stores, but I'd recommend buying it online for a better price/quantity ratio. E-bay's great for fresh dulse!
@haruhistnumber5 Thanks for this comment...i'm on it! <3

It would be even better if the cucumber wasn't peeled. Lots of nutrients in that peel.
Could leave it on with an organic unwaxed cuc.

@thaOFFICIALJAPAN It's fine to mix fruits and vegetables. Ever had a V8, V8 Splash, or a salad or hamburger with lettuce AND tomato?

I can only imagine how many health code violations you racked up in this video. Shirtless, no hair net, probably barefoot...
