@k7dog you should go take a practice CPAT. you can take a real one if you want, but it's $75 more. should take the practice so you can get an idea of the kind of stuff you're gonna need to be doing. keep in mind that the CPAT is supposed to be easy when compared to the recruit academy. IMO you should do a good amount of running, and weighted stair runs. leg endurance is gonna be key, but endurance in general is going to vital.
