@FordAccord You are right. but the police did arrive and still violateed thier oath. preaching on a public sidewalk is a first amendment protected activity and the constituion trumps any city ordinances. The cops did the opposite of what they should do. instead of looking for every reason to protect the persons right to speak they look for every reason to stop them.

My bad. I mistook this for a different video I commented on regarding a similar topic.
However, regarding the comment I left here five months ago (LOL) and your response, security officers are not police officers and don't swear any oaths whatsoever. That's what the police do.

@FordAccord I am absolutely sure that you do not. the first amendment gives us the right to speak on the publc sidewalks and parks etc. This was never in question in here. the issue was that they were asserting that it was hospitol property , and judging from the fact that it was residietial I believe they were lying. seconldy the city ordinence about standing on a sidewalk is probably unconstitutional . Thes men were engaged in a legitimate activity.

Yeah..., pretty sure you have to have a legal permit to protest on any public property....

@lucas2718 youre an embarassment.

@FordAccord their job is to uphold the oath they took to uphold and defend the constitution. they are doing just the opposite. trying to run off the speakers from lawfully exercising their rights on a public right of way;.
-
@jakeelee904 yes how awful to stand up for your rights .
