It is not a sight you may be accustomed to seeing, that of a lone policeman trekking hundreds of kilometres in full uniform for a cause. And so one, Superintendent Francis khooli, an administration officer chose a rather simple way to make a big impact. By walking 300 kilometres from Kakamega to Nakuru town, raising awareness about the need to donate blood. And after a week on the road, braving the elements, he finally made it to Nakuru town and in the process scored big for blood donation.
