They are made of a MCU (Micro Cellular Urethane) Material and are extremely effective. They are the Large (LG) model.

They silence and dampen hits to make them not only tolerable, but helpful to keep a beat without thinking, "Oh my god shut these things up or my neighbors are coming over..."
