NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams - Delight City

I really hope that this YouTube video will look about right, since I tested out the recording on both the video capture device and the processed video file that came out of it, and they're as "compressy" as hell. Apparently, Delight City is not quite as video-friendly as Pure Valley or Lost Park...

NiGHTS is an extremely misunderstood game; it's hard to pin it to a genre, since while this is a 2.5D sidescroller, it's way different than the others in that there aren't any platforms, per se, as NiGHTS is always flying. The goal, rather, is to chase down the birds, take the keys from their riders, and bring it back to the cage to unlock it before running out of time. The hoops and Blue Chips (those blue blobs NiGHTS collects) add to the score and refill NiGHTS' boost gauge, which he needs to chase down the bird. Getting long combos is a must here, as you can't finish the game without getting a decent score in every stage and because long combos add a lot of time to the timer.

This is the third of Will's stages in NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams, as well as te last of the standard dream worlds for him. In the story, Will is finally at peace with his father, realizing that his father is away much of the time because his job demands it, not because he doesn't care about Will. Will then creates Delight City, though the evil Wizeman has infected this place with Nightmares too.

The boss this time is Cerberus. What you must do here is bang the two heads together by pushing on the ball on the chain that connects them. It's harder than it looks, since the heads move quickly. You might be thinking, "Isn't Cerberus supposed to have a third head?" Yes, it DOES have a third head. But that doesn't factor in until you reach the "hard mode" of the boss.

It's amazing how good you are at controlling NiGHTS. What kind of controller do you use? Is it just a nunchuk? That's what I use and I've found that no matter how hard I try I just can't fly very stably.
