Please don't take the Ambien, especially if you are living alone. It doesn't appear that it is helping you sleep anyway.

Well obviously I dont take it every night. and I dont spaze out on it. the video i had on here was a very rare thing to happen. the ambien does help once in a while and i will continue to take it cause its the only thing that puts me in that tired state since i'm in pain 24/7. so, really.. i have to take it on those nights in order to attept to get a lick of sleep.... So, sorry, not gonna stop taking it all together. like i said, i dont take it every night.... so, we'll see what happens.

I'm sorry to hear about your pain and sleeplessness. My eldest son (have 3) is 26, has epilepsy (face is scared from face plants into asphalt, gravel etc.) and is alcoholic.
