George Lenker, writer, Ireland traveler, beer expert, host of GCAI's Last Appointment series, and just general all around good guy, turned us on to the Franciscan Well. Founded in Cork in 1998, it was recently voted Ireland's best micro-brewery. Unfortunately, George has never tipped one at the Well, so we did the next best thing...made a video for him.
