Phantast 2000 Trakehner Gelding

Phantast is an exceptional modern sport horse gelding by the Trakehner stallion Kaspareit. He possesses uphill, expressive gaits and has loads of personality. His walk is swinging and large with maximum over-stride while his trot is well-matched with both knee action and an active hind leg. In January 2006, Taz was put to work under saddle by trainer Nadine Knüwer. He was going nicely under saddle before our trainer returned home to Germany. Taz has proven to be both a willing partner and a beautiful mover under saddle.

His correct conformation, balanced movement and bold personality all contributed to an excellent start in a promising show career. In 2003, his second year showing at rated USDF/Cosequin Series shows, he earned winning scores at each of the competitions entered, both in Arizona and in California. Phantast was the American Trakehner Association Three-Year-Old Colt Horse of the Year Reserve Champion for 2003.
Phantast is an ORB approved gelding by the Verband-approved stallion Kaspareit, out of the PSB Thoroughbred mare Phoenix Prelude xx.
