@ShadysEyes No. "Dimensions" (in physics i.e., reality) are not "parallel worlds", they are a useful construct we use to help iron out some of the math for string theory (and others). That is not to say they don't exist - they might. But they are not alternate worlds where "science works different".
Science is demonstrably, observably, and entirely the same everywhere in the universe. That's why it works. Remember: Science is a method of discovery, not a body of knowledge.
