This exercise works the Glutes and the Vastus medialis Oblique. It is a great rehab exercise and a transfer exercise to begin to instruct the single leg squat.

  • Terminal Knee extension is another good exercise. With quad dysfunction one thing to make sure is that your hips are moble and the muscles of the posterior hip are functioning correctly. Your physio can help you out with that.
