Why all the Schools up there perform like Them Drum and Aux community bands?

up North and down South are totally different in just about every way. Band is huge there but up here it's not that important. some schools don't even have a band so we are very excited about the kids who participate. there were at least 5 other schools that didn't participate who do have bands.
