No words to express my appreciation for her and her poetry. (I have known her poetry since 1972-73 when Urdu daily ,Hurriyyat, Karachi, published her poem "The Wasteland" with her PHOTO !)Some other time, there may be more comments.
In this ghazal here, she has omited a couplet, understandably in anticipation of the generous "reaction" of the audience :

ABB BHI, BARSAT KI RAATON MEIN, BADAN, TOOT,TA HAY
JAAG UTH-TI HEIN, AJAB, KHWAHIShEIN ANGRA'AAI KI !

This is Ghazal is one of my favs, Jimmy, thanks for the upload. I love all her work. Parveen Shakir will always be missed. What an untimely departure!
