I have just come across some of your vids and am addicted to watching you!! Firstly well done you!! You look fab and you have a great personality to go with it. I am having this surgery in a week and three days......eeeeeks.....really looking forward to post surgery results, just panicking ever slightly about being put under lol. Thanks for sharing your videos...they are great and are helping me get through my surgery! I am 2 wks post op and it seems like my progress has slowed down. I started at 187 and im now down to 166. I know that it's good, but I havent lost anything in the last 5-6 days...Is that normal?

Congrats on your surgery. And yes, totally normal. Let your body do it's thing. Don't diet or force things the first "golden" year, and it will come off. Just focus on healthy eating, water, vitamins and your protein shakes.

I just wonder how old are you.. ball park figure if you dont care to share. I am over 30 and I am wonder can i bounce back after such a long time being over weight.

Do you, or did you wait the 20 minutes before eating and 30 after eating to drink? about how many oz do you eat. And yes I am with you 100% with the sex being great these days you are glowing lol. Your videos are great...

@losetobemeagain No, but I can't eat and drink at the same time, it gives me a drowning choking feeling......and can cause me to top off.
