O.K. guys good points all around but George Younce is the greatest and most charismatic and awesome bass singer ever, and the Cathedrals have all the awards and more recognition than any other quartet other than the stamps and the blackwood brothers group so there you go.

@sdray7569 Richard is just like tim but he i find is even deeper, and he doesn't drqag er out and fade away

He's good. I love it when he is singing.

@Aaggonet It's the Carole of the Bells.

Not only is Tim the best, Gold City with Brian Free, Ivan Parker, Mike LeFevre, and Tim Riley ranks with the best quartets of all time.

Press 6. I can't think of anyone who wouldn't listen to a person who sounds like that.

I can sometimes hit those basement type notes. Depends on what I eat and how relaxed I am when I sing.
What I don't get is why everyone believes that just because JD Sumner has a lower range he is this god-like singer that no one can beat. Yes I do agree. Sumner was incredibly talented with his low range.... but listen carefully and compare JD to Tim. JD doesn't even come close to the power behind Tim's lower range. Everytime JD drops down, he has to go so soft that whoever he is singing with has to back off. Listen to them both singing Rainbow of Love. You will understand what I am trying to say
