The weapon of choice has become people. No need to fire a shot. Repopulate the country to be taken over by immigrants and as in this case a different religion, backed by money from those who have it, to take the country in a different direction. If the muslims mantain a fertility rate of 8.1 and say there were only 100,000,000 such muslims to start with, the population of musilms in three four generations 100,000,000 X 8.1^4 = 4.3X10^11 or .43 TRILLION in just under 100years. This is impossible. The earth cannot substain a human population of that magnitued. Put simply 100,000,000 muslims with a fertility rate of 8.1 would fuck thier way to the apocalypse without any help from the rest of us. Heck 100000 could do it in just 150 years.
